Dan grew up in North Utah County and has always called Utah home. He married his sweetheart Nicole in August of 2000. Dan & Nicole have been blessed to welcome 6 children into their home. Dan graduated from Utah Valley State College in 2005 with his Bachelors in Business with an emphasis on Marketing. As a young adult, Dan read a book entitled "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", and has had a love of investing in Real Estate & now helping others do the same.
Dan has been in sales for 22 years and has been a Realtor for nearly 16 years. He works with home buyers, sellers, and helping investors with rentals & flips. During his career he has completed over 800 transactions, including over 200 investor transactions and has the knowledge to execute any transaction. He strives to make a difference in his clients lives and can often be found helping his clients through very tough situations, whether it be a divorce, financial hardship, death in the family, or overwhelming junk removal from their home. Aside from real estate, Dans pride and joy is his wife and kids. He thrives off of the adventures with his family and is always looking for ways to spend more time with them.
